All orders accepted by Sweet Treats By Kate are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products; specifications may vary slightly due to availability. All prices are charged in UK Pounds.
Delivery:
Our estimated time for delivery will be stated in the order quote or invoice. We hope to deliver these estimates but occasionally delays will occur, despite our best efforts. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within such estimated time scales. We always obtain Tracking on all orders.
Privacy Policy:
We guarantee that your details will not be disclosed to third parties. We hold your details under the Data Protection Act 1998. These are only used by us to deliver your sweets. You can request removal of your details at any time.
Nut Allergies:
We have many sweets from many different manufactures. It is with regret we are unable to assure you that the products that we supply will not have traces of nuts.
As the making of sweets may involve using the same production line for products with or without nuts we cannot guarantee traces of nuts will not be present in ANY sweet. Please bare this is mind if you suffer from other forms of allergies.
If you do require any specific information about a certain product then please contact us and we will do our best to answer any queries that you may have.

Cancellation Policy:
You will not be entitled to cancel the contract once the delivery has been made, unless we agree to such cancellation. Anyone wishing to cancel must contact us as soon as possible via email at, kate@sweettreatsbykate.co.uk
Complaints:
In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction on your part, then you must inform Sweet Treats Company Ltd within 24 hours of receiving goods. We reserve the right to refuse compensation with any complaint made after the 24 hours period. Please make your complaints in writing to kate@sweettreatsbykate.co.uk
Limitation/Disclaimer Liability:
Please note that because our products are edible food items are non-returnable.
